We operate in Cyprus and provide beer machine rentals, keg delivery, and related equipment for private events, parties, and professional use.

BeerBros 21 by Ni.Ko. LTD sells and distributes alcoholic beverages. Under Cyprus law, alcohol can only be provided to persons 18 years of age or older.

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old.

You will ensure that alcoholic products are not consumed by or served to minors.

An adult (18+) will be present to receive the order upon delivery.

Our delivery staff may request proof of age.
If age cannot be verified or no adult is present, delivery will be cancelled and a re-delivery fee may apply.

We deliver to all accessible areas within the Republic of Cyprus.
Delivery is not available to the Turkish-occupied (northern) part of Cyprus or any locations outside government-controlled territory.

Delivery availability and timing may vary depending on distance, accessibility, and order size.

Orders may be placed through our website, via phone call, or directly through our team.
All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.

Delivery date and time

Any required security deposit

Final pricing

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before delivery if we cannot fulfil it.

Rental periods are flexible and arranged individually depending on customer needs.
Common rental periods include single-day events, weekend rentals, and multi-day rentals.

Some rentals may require a security deposit, depending on the equipment type and quantity.
The exact deposit amount will be communicated during booking.

The deposit is returned in full once equipment is collected and inspected, provided:

No damage has occurred

All items are returned

No parts are missing

Equipment is returned in clean, working condition

Our team provides full setup of beer machines and any additional equipment rented.
This may include:

Installation of beer machine

CO₂ setup

Pressure adjustment

Cooling system setup

Quick demonstration of proper use

Customers must use the rental equipment responsibly.
Improper use includes:

Opening or modifying the machine

Using non-approved CO₂ or chemicals

Exposing equipment to water or extreme conditions

Allowing minors to operate the equipment

Attempting repairs

If equipment is:

Damaged

Lost

Returned incomplete

Returned in severely dirty or unusable condition

A fixed fee will be charged based on the affected items.

This fee covers repair, replacement, cleaning, or servicing as required.

Customers are responsible for equipment from the moment it is delivered until it is collected.

All kegs are supplied sealed and stored properly before delivery.
If a keg appears faulty or does not pour correctly, contact us immediately.

The customer is responsible for:

Keeping kegs upright

Avoiding excessive heat or shaking

Using them within the recommended timeframe

Once a keg is tapped, BeerBros 21 cannot guarantee freshness beyond a reasonable period.

Opened or tapped kegs cannot be returned unless a product defect is confirmed.

Deliveries are arranged at a mutually agreed date and time.
If the customer is unavailable at the agreed time, re-delivery charges may apply.

A delivery is considered unsuccessful if:

No adult (18+) is available to receive the order

The delivery address is incorrect

Age cannot be verified

The customer does not answer calls/messages

We may reschedule delivery subject to availability.

Orders may be cancelled before preparation or dispatch.
If preparation has already begun (equipment reserved, kegs prepared), cancellation may not be possible.

Once equipment or kegs are delivered, cancellations are not allowed unless products are faulty.

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate contact and delivery information

Ensure an adult receives the delivery

Handle equipment carefully

Report any issues immediately

Not resell alcohol purchased from us

Not serve alcohol to minors

Failure to follow these responsibilities may result in cancellation of service.

BeerBros 21 is not responsible for:

Injuries or damages caused by misuse of equipment

Issues arising from serving alcohol to minors

Accidents caused by overconsumption of alcohol

Improper handling of kegs after delivery

Damages caused by placing equipment near water, heat sources, or unstable surfaces

Our liability is limited to the value of the rental or products purchased.

We do not accept responsibility for indirect or consequential damages.

By using our website, you agree not to:

Attempt unauthorized access

Upload malicious content

Copy or misuse any materials

Misrepresent your age or identity

We may block or refuse service to any user who violates these rules.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Any disputes will be handled by the Cyprus courts.
